How long will it take to build my project ?
This is one of the most asked questions we get......
We have all the systems and software in place to make this a breeze. We use the latest project management software and we always prepare a schedule for all of our projects. You will not from day 1 all the steps we take to build your project and you get to follow project progress on our online PM app. How cool is that ?
Our answer is :
It depends on how ready you are. Typical permits take between 3-4 months to get approved.
Engineering, Drawings and Plans take another 1 month typically (if you make quick decisions )
Constructions and implementations take an average 3-6 months to build and addition depending on size and finishes.
How Much Will it Cost to Build my Project?
Our Approach is Simple.........
We work with you from beginning to the day you move back into your new house to design, optimize cost and help you select finishes to ensure we maintain cost within your budget. We understand this is a major investment for you and your family and we want to work with you yo ensure we can build your project for the best possible cost and the entire process is as relaxed and transparent as it can be. Typically these addition projects would range between $275/sqft to $400/sqft depending on the size of the project, access with equipment and level of finishes selected by owners.
